Extension to Listed Property, George Green

Extensive refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed 6 bedroom Georgian house in Berkshire.

This is another example of our working with challenging period properties. In this case, our work involved preserving the existing damaged period cornices.

We carried out this project from concept through to completion, taking care of the planning process and liaising with the conservation officer.

We converted two rooms including the extension into a double aspect kitchen-family room and designed and built two bathrooms.

Refurbishment, Gerrard's Cross

An aesthetic internal refurbishment of this 7 bedroom barn conversion, including fitting of new carpets, restoration of basement cinema room and apartment after extensive flood damage and installation of new light fittings throughout.

The client's intention was to get a light refurbishment done prior to putting the property up for sale, but they decided to stay after being delighted with the end result.

Re-development, Stoke Poges

This was a complete redevelopment of a Victorian end of terrace 2 up 2 down, into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury family house.

We took on this property as a near derelict Victorian terrace with serious subsidence to the end gable wall. We designed a tie rod system to structurally support it prior to work starting.

After obtaining planning approval to double the size of the property, we had to remove 40 cubic meters of top soil before starting construction.

We built a 2 storey extension using reclaimed bricks to match those existing, re-roofed the house and designed and carried out a complete internal fit out.
